As we continue to celebrate Fraud Prevention Month in Canada, it’s important to remember that we should be aware of scammers all year long. I recently spoke with one of my friends, Bonnie, who shared some of her recent interactions with fraudsters and how she switched things around to have the joke on them. So, in this episode, I wanted to share some of these stories with you. Although all fraud should be taken seriously, these are some fun ways that the tables can be turned.
To give you some background on Bonnie, she has had a long career in financial services in the areas of audit, risk management, compliance, anti-money laundering, and so much more. As a result, she has tremendous experience in detecting things that are not quite right. I had a laugh as she shared these stories with me, and I hope you do too!
