Ann Marie MacDougall is the Founder and President of LeaderBoom, an organization on a mission to foster high performing cultures through leadership coaching, development, and consulting. Ann Marie started her career in the banking industry, managing diverse multi-cultural teams. She has a passion for helping teams and leaders recognize solutions to complex challenges, encouraging supportive behaviors, and releasing their full potential. She has an MBA from The Rotman School of Management in Toronto and has received the Directors Award for Women Manager.

 

Ann Marie joins me today to share how LeaderBoom is helping newcomers to Canada, particularly women, with professional and entrepreneurial skill sets.
